Orlando-Based Poke Hana Opening Second Location in Windermere

The center is occupied by notable tenants such as The Fresh Market, Agave Azul and Juan Valdez Cafe. Poke Hana leased the last remaining space in the project at approximately 1,000 SF and they plan to hold their grand opening in early Fall 2019.
JP Beaulieu, CCIM, CLS Director of Retail Services at Bishop Beale Duncan, exclusively represents Poke Hana in their real estate expansion with plans slated for open more locations in key Orlando sub-markets. JP states “This new location at Windermere Village will fill a much-needed void in the Windermere market for new restaurant options as the sub-market has always been a high barrier to entry in finding available space.”
